Shipping policy
To ensure stable and efficient global delivery of cosmetic products, brothers formulates unified and standardized shipping rules for all online orders. Please refer to the following order processing and delivery specifications:
1 Order Processing Time
All successfully paid orders will undergo product inspection, safety check, professional packaging and outbound arrangement within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends, American statutory holidays or non-working hours will be processed in sequence on the first subsequent business day. All cosmetic products are carefully packaged with shockproof and leak-proof materials to avoid damage or leakage during transportation.
2 International Delivery Time
We support global cross-border shipping services. For all orders delivered to European and American countries and regions, the standard shipping cycle after outbound dispatch is 15–30 business days. The delivery time does not include local holidays and weekends of the destination country.
3 Shipping Notes
1. All delivery times are official estimated periods. Actual arrival time may be delayed due to objective uncontrollable factors such as international logistics peak seasons, customs clearance audits, bad weather and regional logistics adjustments.
2. All import duties, customs clearance fees, value-added taxes and other additional charges generated by cross-border transportation shall be borne independently by the buyer in accordance with local national regulations.
3. After the order is successfully shipped, we will send a real-time logistics tracking number to your reserved email address for your package inquiry and tracking.
